Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your child’s enrollment, written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance.

Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are generally not available for services already rendered or for days missed due to illness or holidays.

Health and Safety

Illness Policy: Children with contagious illnesses may not attend daycare. Zion Shinning Home Day Care Academy follows health protocols to prevent the spread of illness and reserves the right to send a child home if they show symptoms of illness.
